  • Full-spectrum, hands-on support and high-level coaching responsiveness. Train with confidence through a strong coach-athlete relationship built on connection, communication, and collaboration. After an intake call, stay connected with your coach via texts, emails, and monthly check-ins. Plus, get access to informational webinars and a community of fellow athletes.

  • Train with purpose using downloadable PDF plans designed to support every level of athlete—without the need for 1:1 coaching. Each product is sold separately and focuses on a key pillar of performance:

    • Run Plans – 12-week structured programs for 5K, half marathon, or marathon goals. Available at Foundational, Developmental, and Elite levels.

    • Strength Plans – 12-week progressive strength training tailored to runners. Offered at Foundational, Developmental, and Elite levels.

    • Nutrition Guides – Information and tools on general nutrition, pre- and post-run fueling, and race-day nutrition strategies.

    • Prehab Plans – Mobility and injury-prevention routines to keep you strong and resilient.

    • Mindset Tools – Mental strategies and journaling prompts to support performance and well-being.

  • Want to connect with a coach? Whether you're following one of our self-guided run plans or just need extra support with your training, you can book a 1:1 coaching call with a TAG coach. These sessions are great for race prep, schedule tweaks, injury questions, or a fresh perspective on your training. Even if you’re working with another coaching group, we’re happy to offer additional support. Calls are available in 60 minute blocks—just pick a time and let us know what you want to cover.

  • Connect face-to-face with a TAG coach for a hands-on session built around your goals. These can include movement analysis, strength and mobility work, track sessions, injury prevention, or just an in-depth check-in. Your coach will tailor the experience based on what you need most right now. 90 minute sessions are available and take place at a mutually agreed location.

  • From TAG group runs and pre-race meetups to online webinars and a supportive in-person and virtual community, we offer connection and coaching that go far beyond the training plan.
