Currently, we offer coaching support for the 5K, 1/2 Marathon, and Marathon. However, we also offer Custom 1:1 coaching for anyone training to run a PR in the 400m dash all the way up to a 100 Mile trail ultra! Hit us up and let us know how TAG can support you!

Depending on the service that you choose, we use Final Surge, downloadable PDF’s, email, and of course our website and socials to deliver training plans and educational content to our TAG athletes.

For our custom 1:1 athletes, we’ll start with a video or phone intake call so you and your coach can get to know each other and talk through your goals before diving into your individualized training plan. You can also book a virtual coaching call or an in-person session if you’d rather meet face-to-face and get some hands-on guidance. And if anything comes up along the way, your coach—and the TAG support team—are always just an email away.

Athletes can always email their coach or the TAG support team with questions. Custom athletes can schedule one video or phone call per month with their coach to discuss training direction, race strategy, etc. In addition, athletes may text their coach if email or phone isnt enough, and coaches will work to respond to all contact within 24 hours.

Yes! Our coaches have years of experience working with youth athletes and love the fun energy younger runners bring. We do require permission from a parent or guardian before coaching any young athlete. Please also communicate with your school coach before reaching out to us, so we can work together to ensure your training is well-coordinated and fully optimized.
