PERFORMANCE PHYSICAL THERAPIST, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
I’m Andrew, originally from the Pacific Northwest, where I grew up exploring the outdoors and developing a lifelong connection to movement. While I’m not a competitive runner, my background spans sport performance, rehab, and coaching across a wide range of athletes and abilities. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Apex Chiropractic and Rehab in Bellingham and also run North Coast Strength, a remote strength and conditioning service.
I believe in a systems-based, individualized approach—prioritizing smart, safe progress and finding ways to train around injuries whenever possible. I’m most at home in the mountains or at a local brewery with my wife, Amber, and our two trail-loving dogs, Cedar and Baker.

Training should evolve as you do. Whether it’s building a foundation in youth athletics, returning from ACL rehab, or staying strong after a joint replacement, the goal remains the same - sustainable progress through every season of life.
Why I Coach
I coach to teach—because understanding your body is the first step to taking ownership of it. I rehab to restore—the ability to move without fear, to return to what you love, and to experience life more fully. Movement, especially in beautiful and challenging environments, is one of the purest expressions of self. Helping others reclaim that expression—whether after injury, through training, or in pursuit of a goal—is why I do this work.
